Cookie policy

The short version
This site uses no cookies. None: no first-party, no third-party, no analytics, no advertising. It doesn't store anything in your browser's local storage either. That's why there is no cookie banner asking for permission — there is nothing to consent to.
1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser to remember information between visits. The same rules apply to equivalent technologies: localStorage, sessionStorage, tracking pixels and browser fingerprinting.
In Spain they are governed by article 22.2 of the LSSI (the national implementation of the ePrivacy Directive): prior consent is required except for those strictly necessary to provide the service you asked for.

This isn't a marketing stance: the site simply doesn't need any of it. Because no third-party resources are loaded, your visit isn't shared with anyone.
Check it yourself
Open your browser's developer tools (F12 or ⌥⌘I) and look at Application → Storage and Network: no cookies, no local storage, no requests to outside domains.
3. Server logs (these are not cookies)
Like any web server, our hosting provider records technical data for each request (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) for security and abuse detection. That is not stored in your browser and needs no cookie consent, but it is data processing: it's explained in the privacy policy.
4. The waiting-list form
The form posts to this same domain and is handled by our own code. There is no third-party form service, no embedded widget and nothing loaded from anyone else's server — so submitting it sets no cookies at all, here or anywhere else.
Spam is filtered with a hidden field that only an automated bot fills in. That's deliberate: the usual alternative is a CAPTCHA, and those load third-party code, set cookies and profile you across sites. We'd rather catch slightly fewer bots.
What the form does store — on our side, not in your browser — is explained in the privacy policy: your email, the details you choose to give, and the record proving you consented.
5. Managing cookies in your browser
Even though you don't need to here, you can always inspect, block or delete cookies from any site in your browser settings:
Bear in mind that blocking cookies across the board can break other sites (not this one).
6. Changes to this policy
If we ever add analytics, an embedded form, third-party videos or anything else that uses cookies, we will update this page — with its date — before switching the change on, and ask for your consent where the law requires it. While this page says there are no cookies, there are none.

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Spanish version is the legally binding one; in case of any discrepancy, the Spanish text prevails. A German version is also available.
