2. Purpose of the site and terms of use

Today this is an informational website about a product in development. It exists to present the CockpitDial project and to let you join a waiting list voluntarily. It is not a shop: nothing is sold here, nothing is charged and no purchase contract is formed.

Access is free of charge. By browsing the site you accept this legal notice. You agree to use it lawfully and not to do anything that could damage, overload or disrupt it.

3. The waiting list is not a reservation or a purchase

Joining the waiting list creates no obligation on either side: it does not reserve units, does not fix a price, and involves no payment or enforceable right to buy. It is an expression of interest so we can tell you when the first batch opens. You can leave at any time (see the privacy policy).

4. Product information: prices and specifications

The product described is in development. Published prices, timelines, features and specifications are launch estimates and may change until there is a formal offer of sale. Features marked "coming soon" or "on the roadmap" do not exist yet in the product and are not a contractual promise. The images of the display faces are illustrative recreations of the firmware design.

Data about third-party products used in the comparison comes from their public websites on the date stated in the table itself and may have changed since.

5. Intellectual property

The contents of this site (text, design, illustrations, display face graphics, logo and code) belong to Kronoset SL or are used with permission. Reproducing, distributing or adapting them for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.

6. Third-party trademarks and no affiliation

CockpitDial is an independent product, not affiliated with, sponsored, authorised or endorsed by Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, Porsche Deutschland GmbH, Porsche Cars North America, Inc. or any other subsidiary of the group.

"Porsche", "911", "Boxster", "Cayman" and "Sport Chrono" are trademarks of their respective owners. On this site they are used solely to describe compatibility (descriptive/nominative use permitted by art. 14(1)(c) of Regulation (EU) 2017/1001 on the European Union trade mark). No logos, crests or corporate typefaces of those owners are used, and no commercial link with them is suggested.

7. Third-party links

This site links to third-party websites (for example, those of the products in the comparison) over which the owner has no control and for whose content or policies it accepts no responsibility.

8. Disclaimer

The owner is not liable for damages arising from use of the information on this site, from service interruptions, or from typographical errors, which will be corrected as soon as they are spotted. Published technical information (compatibility, signals, installation steps) is indicative: any work on a vehicle is the responsibility of whoever carries it out.

9. Data protection and cookies

How we handle any personal data you give us is described in the privacy policy. Cookies and local storage are covered by the cookie policy — which, in short, says this site uses no cookies.

10. Applicable law and disputes

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the owner's domicile, except where the other party is a consumer: in that case the courts designated by the applicable consumer protection rules will have jurisdiction, usually those of the consumer's place of residence.

If online sales start in the future, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform for consumers at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Changes

The owner may amend this legal notice to reflect changes in the law or in the site itself. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date.

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Spanish version is the legally binding one; in case of any discrepancy, the Spanish text prevails. A German version is also available.
